Pharmacological properties. Gastritol "Other Klein" - original complex phytodrug. Farmakodinomika. Gastritol "Other Klein" contains a number of the active agents which are causing local effect in a digestive tract and having the central effect on secretory and motor functions of a stomach. Potentilla anserinum (a cinquefoil goose) has spasmolytic effect on muscles of a digestive tract. The root of a glycyrrhiza contains glycyrrhizic acid which possesses powerful antiinflammatory action and stimulates formation of granulyatsionny fabric, and also reduces a tone and motility of a digestive tract. Vascularization of a mucous membrane of a stomach increases. The camomile pharmaceutical causes antiinflammatory, antiallergicheskin and regenerating effects. Hamazulen quickly and deeply gets into a mucous membrane. Activation a hypophysis - adrenal system leads to the strengthened release of corticotropin and a cortisone. Possess antiinflammatory and antiallergenic action also V-farnezen and and-bisabolol. Carduus benedictus (holy thistle) contains a bitter glycoside cnicine which in the same way as the bitter substances which are contained in an angelica improves abdominal blood circulation, accelerating thereby healing of an ulcer and damages of a mucous membrane of a stomach. Bitter substance of a wormwood bitter increases motility of a stomach and improves gastrocardial symptoms.
As the ulcer represents a psychosomatic disease, Hypericum perforatum (the St. John's Wort which is made a hole) influences psycho-vegetative frustration as the most important ulcerogenic factor. Hypericum perforatum works as parasimpatolitnchesky means. Its efficiency is slightly lower, than at atropine, and it does not render side effects, promoting decrease in secretion of a gastric juice.

Possible by-effects. Extremely seldom. At persons with light and very light-sensitive skin skin reactions as a sunblister can be observed (reddening). Allergic reactions at the known hypersensitivity are in some cases possible to any of drug ingredients.
Contraindications. Hypersensitivity to any of drug ingredients.

In rare instances the drugs containing Hypericum perforatum (the St. John's Wort which is made a hole) can reduce efficiency of other medicines (for example, at purpose of anticoagulative means of a coumarinic row, cyclosporine, hormonal contraceptives or digoxin). Note. The opacification or flocculation observed in the drugs prepared on a vegetable basis do not cause negative effects and do not reduce efficiency of these drugs. In order to avoid flocculation or opacification of drug the bottle should not be stored in the refrigerator.
