Symptoms of a disease. An allergy — hypersensitivity of an organism to substances which, as a rule, do not cause to healthy people disturbance. At an allergy can be observed: emergence of rash; cold, swelled also an inflammation of a nasal cavity; reddening of eyes; a headache, at an infectious allergy — pulse increase, pallor or erubescence, falling of arterial pressure.

Among food-borne allergens: milk, eggs, fish, cheese, chocolate, cocoa, strawberry, oranges, lemons, apples, peas, tomatoes, nuts, honey, etc. Often, food allergy is connected with various chronic diseases of a digestive tract, especially large and small bowel.
On the second place among allergens – pollen of plants. At the end of summer pollen sources – herbs, in the early spring – deciduous trees (a birch, an elm, a maple, a poplar). Not any pollen causes an allergy.
Also, various drugs, chemicals can cause an allergy (laundry detergents, paints, cosmetics, means for fight against insects, synthetic materials, etc.); down, hair of animals, house dust, infectious allergens (viruses, microbes) and the toxic agents produced by them, worms and stings of insects.
Allergens, as a rule, are synthetic detergents, coverings for floors and furniture from synthetic materials, paint, means for extermination of insects, cosmetics, food seasonings and preservatives. And also physical factors, for example: sunshine, cold.
Prevention of an allergy. Whenever possible, to eliminate allergens. Refusal of addictions. Optimization of an exercise stress, hardening. Carrying out careful diagnosis of the alimentary system; to eliminate the revealed disturbances. To observe a diet: not to overeat; to adhere to separate food; to use the products causing an allergy in small quantity or to refuse for a while them. To increase consumption of the natural products containing vitamin C (reduces swelled also an inflammation of a nasal cavity). Eggs need to be cooked slightly longer. To reduce amount of table salt. To include goat milk in a diet, it is desirable pair: to children of 150-200 g, adult 500 g.

If an allergy very strong, repeat reception once again in the afternoon, but reduce a dose twice. Course of treatment of 20 days. • Absorbent carbon (1 — 4 tablets a day).
