Algorithm of actions when rendering acute management at a collapse at children

1. To give to the child horizontal position with the head which is slightly bent in the dorsal direction.
2. To provide free passability of upper respiratory tracts (to eliminate
the constraining clothes details to carry out audit of an oral cavity and a nasopharynx).
3. To appoint 3% Prednisolonum solution in a dose of 2-3 mg/kg in/in or in oil.
4. To appoint reopoliglyukin in a dose 5-8 ml/kg in/in kapelno + glyukozo-salt
solution (the ratio and quantity is defined by a basic disease).
5. To appoint 1% solution of a phenylephine hydrochloride of 0,1  ml/year of life or 0,1% solution
adrenaline of 0,1 ml/year of life in/in, in oil.
6. At persistent hypotension to appoint 0,2% noradrenaline solution (1,0ml to 400 ml of 0,9% chloride sodium solution) in/in kapelno with a speed of 15-30 thaws a minute under control of arterial pressure.
