At immune anemias hemolysis is caused by action of the antibodies causing damage and premature death of erythrocytes.
Allocate four main groups of immune hemolitic anemias: isoimmune, transimmune, heteroimmune and autoimmune.
At izoimmuiny hemolitic anemias of an antibody get to the child's organism from the outside. It is observed at a hemolitic illness of newborns. Speak about isoimmune processes and when the erythrocytes containing antigen against which there are antibodies from the outside get to an organism. It is observed at transfusion of the erythrocytes incompatible on the AVO system when there is a destruction of erythrocytes of the donor antibodies of the recipient.
At transimmune hemolitic anemias antibodies from mother having autoimmune hemolitic anemia get to an organism of a fruit. If erythrocytes of mother and child have the general antigens against which there is a development of antibodies in mother's organism, then and the child has a hemolitic anemia.
At heteroimmune hemolitic anemias there is a development of antibodies against the antigen fixed on an erythrocyte surface. Viruses, medicinal substances (haptens), different infectious factors can be such antigen. After removal from an antigen organism such hemolitic anemia, as a rule, passes.
At autoimmune hemolitic anemias of an antibody are developed against own not changed erythrocyte antigen.
