Tick-borne spirochetosis (tick-borne typhinia)

The illness meets in Africa, Saudi Arabia, Iran, India, Central Asia, the Central and South America. She is transmitted through argasovy ticks, several weeks last, being followed 2 — 5-day fervescences with 2 — 4-day intervals of the fever-free period, rash. Generally local population gets sick. Prevention — restriction of visits of habitals of argasovy mites (pise-walled dwellings and sheds, caves), use of repellents.
