Dislipidemiya (dislipoproteinemiya)

Table of contents
Dislipidemiya (dislipoproteinemiya)
Primary giperlipoproteinemiya
Secondary dislipoproteinemiya

Dislipidemiya (dislipoproteinemiya) — the hereditary or acquired states which are characterized by disturbance of synthesis, a catabolism, removal from circulation of lipoproteins and lipids that leads to disturbance of contents them in blood (decrease or increase) or to emergence of unusual or pathological lipoproteins.
Along with the term the dislipoproteinemiya, wider and covering all disturbances of level of lipoproteins in blood, is used the term a giperlipoproteinemiya reflecting increase of content in blood of one or several classes of lipoproteins.
WHO experts in 1970 recommended for clinical use the classification of types of a giperlipoproteinemiya offered Fredrickson and soavt. in 1967. This classification is widely applied and now, despite some shortcomings. It is provided to tab. 1.

Notes:
LPONP — lipoproteins of very low density of LPNP — lipoproteins of low density. LPPP — lipoproteins of intermediate density, t — increase of an indicator (quantity the shooter notes extent of increase).
+ — an aterogennost (the quantity of pluses reflects aterogennost degree).

Classification of lipidemias by Fredrickson has certain shortcomings. In particular, the specialists who are engaged in pathology of a lipidic exchange emphasize that this classification does not allocate primary and secondary giperlipoproteinemiya, genetic defects which can be at the heart of disturbance of an exchange of lipoproteins, and does not reflect the level of lipoproteins of high density.
From the clinical point of view it is reasonable to allocate primary and secondary giperlipoproteinemiya.
Primary are the specific primary giperlipoproteinemiya having the genetic nature. Secondary giperlipoproteinemiya are caused by any diseases, and less often — reception of some medicines.
