Aminosteril KE of 10% glycoprival

Aminosteril KE of 10% glycoprival. Aminosteril KE of 10% carbohydrate free.

Form of release of medicine. Solution infusional bottle of 500 ml, 10 pieces. Structure: L-izoleytsin of 0,467 g / 100 ml, L-leucine of 0,706 g / 100 ml, L-lysine of 0,597 g / 100 ml, L-methionine of 0,41 g / 100 ml, L-phenylalanine of 0,482 g / 100 ml, L-threonine of 0,421 g / 100 ml, L-tryptophane of 0,182 g / 100 ml, L-valine of 0,592 g / 100 ml, L-arginine of 1,064 g / 100 ml, L-histidine of 0,288 g / 100 ml, the aminoacetic acid of 1,595 g / 100 ml, L-alanine of 1,5 g / 100 ml, L-proline of 1,5 g / 100 ml, malic acid of 0,808 g / 100 ml, Potassium chloride of 0,0683 g / 100 ml, Potassium hydroxide of 0,0716 g / 100 ml, Magnesium chloride of 6-water 0,1017 g / 100 ml, Other components of Sodium hydroxide of 0,12 g / 100 ml. The general content of nitrogen — 16,4 g/l, theoretical osmolarity — 939 mosmol/l. Energy value of 1 l of solution — 400 kcal; osmolarity — 1050 mosmol/l.

Use and doses of drug. Aminosteril is intended to KE for intravenous administration. Appoint up to 1,3 ml to body weight kg an hour, the maximum speed of infusion of 25-30 drops in 1 min. Maximum dose: to 1000 ml/days / 70 body weight kg that in recalculation corresponds to 16 g of nitrogen. Preliminary or simultaneous introduction with the same speed of the solution containing carbohydrates is recommended (for example, glyukosterit 10%). Caloric content of 1000 ml of glyukosterit of 10% makes 1680 kJ, osmolarity — 555 mosmol/l. It is obligatory to consider osmolarity!

Effect of the medicine. Aminosteril of KE of 10% glycoprival represents solution of amino acids and ions for parenteral food. Optimum picked up ratio of L-amino acids provides fast inclusion in protein metabolism that in turn leads to fast recovery of nitrogenous balance.

Biological availability of Aminosteril of KE of 10% glycoprival makes 100%. Amino acids of solution join in a pool of free amino acids of a blood plasma, coming from intravascular space to interstitial liquid and to intercellular space of various fabrics as required.

Concentration of free amino acids in plasma and in a cell is regulated is endogenous and depends on age, nature of food and a condition of the patient. Aminosteril of KE of 10% glycoprival significantly does not break a physiological pool of amino acids if they are entered with a constant speed. The elimination half-life for different amino acids makes 10–30 min.

Indications to use. Parenteral food at conditions of proteinaceous deficit: a hyponutrient or starvation to or after operation, a loss of blood during operation or an injury, massive destruction of fabrics, debilitating diseases and their operational treatment, burns. In combination with solutions of carbohydrates and fatty emulsions it is applied to full parenteral food.

Contraindications. Disturbances of an exchange of amino acids, hyperglycemia, hypopotassemia, overhydratation, pocheny insufficiency, dekompensirovanny heart failure.

Contraindications and side effects. Hypersensitivity reactions are possible.
